Requesting deletion
If you have interacted with Ellabook Cloud Technology Limited through our website, our services, or our business-messaging channels, and you would like us to delete your personal data, email support@ellabook.cloud with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
What to include
To help us find and verify your data, please include:
- Your full name;
- The contact email or phone number you used with us;
- The platform or service involved (for example, website enquiry or WhatsApp);
- A short description of what you would like deleted.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to complete it within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we will let you know. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
What we may need to retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or where we need it for legitimate security, compliance or record-keeping reasons — for example, records of an introduction already made, or information we must keep for tax or anti-money-laundering purposes. Any data retained for these reasons is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Stopping WhatsApp messages
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time, simply reply STOP. You can also ask us to delete your messaging history by email.
