Who we are
Ellabook Cloud Technology Limited is a Hong Kong company, registered since 2020 and operating as a body corporate. Its business nature is technology-enabled business consultancy and client referral services.
We are deliberately not a financial firm. We build and apply technology, and we make introductions. Any regulated work — advice, dealing, lending, the handling of money — sits entirely with the licensed partners we introduce.
Structure
One company, one network, four markets
Ellabook is the operating company in Hong Kong: it holds the technology, runs the analysis, and makes the introductions.
Around it sits a cross-border partner network. In New Zealand and Australia we work under the Plaxo (property and mortgage finance) and OneLend (lending) brands.
York Zhang is our cross-border Strategic Partner, leading business development in New Zealand and Australia. He is a non-employee partner — not a director or shareholder of Ellabook.
